Review of previous meeting minutes:
Minutes from the March 22, 2021 meeting were reviewed. Randy Wolff moved to approve the
minutes. Lance Wang seconded. Without objection the minutes were approved.

ARs:
- AR: Bob Ross to update BUG227 to note that a minimal change fix was expected
  Done.
- AR: Weston Beal to prepare presentation on IBIS Quality Specification and checklist
  Not done yet.
- Yingxin Sun to provide reduced testcase file for full path error bug.
  No report.

NEW ITEMS:

Parser bug reports:
Bob Ross said there were no new bug reports. He had added a new paragraph to BUG227
describing the anticipated scope of parser work.

IBIS quality checklist:
No discussion.

Parser development:
Randy Wolff suggested planning for when the next IBISCHK would be developed. Bob Ross
said there were more open bug reports than he had expected. He noted that the source code
update would be free of charge to current IBISCHK7 licensees. Randy asked if there should
be a 7.1.1 parser, or if bugs should wait for 7.2.0. Bob felt there should be a 7.1.1,
adding that BUG227 would have to wait because it required IBIS 7.2. Mike LaBonte
suggested BUG227 could be fixed any time. Randy said it was waiting for a BIRD to clarify
that AMI root name matching was required.

Mike felt there was some chance the fix for source code users to reset globals between top
level files could take some time to fix. That bug, reported by Cadence, did not have a
testcase or a number.

Bob said parser source licensing income exceeded the amount spent on development. Mike
suggested writing a document to get a development quote once the new bug was classified.

  - IBISCHK security fixes

Bob Ross moved moved to adjourn. Randy Wolff seconded. Without objection the meeting ended.
